Good Health Starts With The Right Food and Vitamins

Until the turn of the 20th century, there was little quarrel about the nutritious Test Reload Review  quality of food. Fruits and vegetables were grown on organic, fertile soil. Natural fertilizers were used, sprays and insecticides were unknown and natural biological methods were used to protect crops against insect infestation. Artificial growth hormones were unknown. Refined products were rare and eaten as a luxury by the minority of the population. Foods were free of chemical additives, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors and they were eaten fresh. This was before the evolution of genetically modified foods (GMF) such as canola oil and modified soy products, food irradiation, and the fast food phenomenon.

Fast forward to 2013 and it's now a dramatically different food chain landscape. Consider the below points of concern that are now commonplace and an accepted part of most peoples nutrition profile:Over 60% of the supermarket "food" aisles provide highly processed, high sugar, high fat, nutrient-deficient food that is absolutely not necessary in a healthy, well-balanced diet.Fuel stops/gas stations contain only junk food choices - the majority of these shops are stocked only with a choice of chocolates, crisps, sodas, fruit juice, highly processed snacks, high fat and high sugar "fresh" food e.g. meat pies, donuts, chocolates, etc.

As hard as mankind tries to skew the natural course of human health destiny, Nature has corrective backup measures already in place. Every 90 days a new blood stream is built in the body by the food you eat, the liquid you drink and the air you breathe. Every 11 months we have a new set of billions of body cells and every seven years we have an entirely new set of bones and hard tissue. Your body is continually rebuilding itself. This amazing ability for the human body to rebuild itself gives us the opportunity, to a certain degree, to reverse the damage done by bad lifestyle habits and poor nutrition. The sooner you make the change for the better, the more chance you have of not doing any permanent damage to your metabolism and immune system.

Unfortunately though, many people today are so dependent on this form of "nutrition" that trying to give up convenience junk/high sugar foods would be analogous to trying to go about your normal household duties during a power outage - everything you go to do you realize you can't do it without power! If people asked the question "does the product I am about to eat contain added chemicals" before putting anything they plan to eat into their mouth they would probably be surprised about how little of what they eat does NOT contain added chemicals.
